|Recommended: NoPoor communication — Itās my 3rd week here and stuff is already happening. First they told us months ago that it was fully furnished with a desk included just for them to not have desk. They claimed they gave them away. Second without telling me or any of the residents they automatically enrolled people into the renters liability in which I told them I didnāt want and they still told me I had to pay it for August but I havenāt even been in my apartment for a month. Third there is a huge lack of communication Iāve called multiple times and asked them multiple times why they were charging me this and they all came up with different answers. Lastly they wanted me to renew my lease on 09 03 mind you I havenāt lived here for a month yet to really get a feel and see if I really like it here. when I asked them if I renewed my lease would it still be the same amount for rent they said no it would increase and if I didnāt renew it I would not have the same apartment and that someone else would get it. Then they called me and asked me again if I was going to renew my lease and if I did it on that day that my rent would be the same however if I chose to wait to see if I really like it my rent would increase 40 more dollars. Overall Iām not impressed by the lack of organization and lack of communication. I am also not impressed that they are pushing so hard for students to renew and that if they donāt do it immediately that are basically āpunishedā and slapped on extra fines.

|Recommended: YesOverall pretty good just a few upsets ā¦ — overall this complex is nice - however upon move-in it was obvious that they either didnāt clean the apartment at all or whoever did did not do a very thorough or good job. the showers were disgusting, the floors are scuffed, and everything was dusty or had residue on it. nothing a little elbow grease couldnāt remove other than the scuffs on the floor but it was a bit disappointing to see that the staff didnāt do a more thoughtful walk through to make sure it was clean for us.
