|Recommended: YesHaven Review — For me, I would say that the Haven is a pretty good place to live. I would say that the noise would have to be buy hearing others go up and down the stairs during times I am sleeping. The other thing would be that bothersome would be the maintenance people. Since there are only two maintenance people in the Haven, it takes a little longer for them to fix minor fixes that would take about 5 minutes or less. Other than that, I believe that the Haven is great.
|Recommended: YesDoing Okay Asides Dirty Bus — Please, all I ask is that the bus be cleaned. It smells funky and like pee, and the floor of the bus has remained dirty since the first time I used it. The seats of the bus are peeled badly, but it will be manageable if the bus looks and smells clean. Please look into it.
|Recommended: YesDecent Place to Live for the Price — I really liked living here until they switched the owners. This caused a lot of issues with the resident portal, my rent, and electricity. They didn't really communicate with us to explain why we weren't charged for electricity during the transition. Other than that I haven't had many issues. The area looks nice on the outside. Appliances are outdated... our dishwasher doesn't really clean the dishes and the shower head and bathroom faucet are rusted. The quality is better than places around though, and the price is pretty decent.
